MARY BETH SHANK

For Judge

Thank you for visiting my website.  It is an honor to be a candidate for the Court of Common Pleas of the 39th Judicial District.  My qualifications and experience make me the best candidate for this position and an excellent complement to the existing bench.

LEADERSHIP, EXPERIENCE & VALUES

“I have been honored to serve families, individuals, businesses and municipal clients in a broad variety of legal matters both in and out of the courtroom.  I promise to bring this experience and my strong work ethic to the bench.  I am from this community and for this community.  Having served as President of the Franklin County Bar Association, my 150+ peers have shown their confidence in my leadership.  As a longstanding member of nonprofit boards and former borough councilwoman, I have served with others who care about where we live.  I am proud of the work I’ve done in my profession and community and desire to serve both by becoming your next common pleas judge. I invite you to visit my website, social media or contact me directly to learn about my qualifications and experience.”      ~Mary Beth

Strong local roots I have been proud to build my law practice in the place I call home.  I was raised and educated (K-12) in Chambersburg and am a graduate of Grove City College and the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University.

Serving people I have served families, individuals, pro bono clients, businesses and municipal organizations in my law practice.  I take pride in the way I serve my clients by offering common sense advice and helping folks achieve their goals.

Honesty and trust Having been elected and served as President of the Franklin County Bar Association, my 150+ peers have shown their confidence in my leadership.  As a former elected borough councilwoman, my neighbors trusted me to represent their concerns.
